Thanks for all that info. They filled in the forms for me at the Hotel and they also had accurate floor plans of my whole house?????

Since my bedrooms are obviously liveable then the floor space is what counts even if they are in the roof with very sloping ceilings. I suppose I was just so shocked that my taxes have more than doubled this year while others dont seem to have gone up by very much at all. I was also basing my calculations on lots of english I know who only declare the habitable space and not floor space.
