Does anyone know where I can buy some glue for model making (airfix etc.) for wood or plastic. The stuff from Super U is OK, but have to wait & hold it together.

Somewhere in southern Mayenne or southern Sarthe would be helpful.

Just thinking outside the (airfix) box a bit, plastic pipe glue would work perfectly and you can get that from any Brico place. For wood, the small bottles of thin pva glue as used for laminate flooring are cheap, convenient and widely available.

There's a model shop in Laval called Maine Maquettes. Should get everything you need there. It's not far from the station (about 500 metres) down the main street back into town.
