 e-mail Hasty | Good evening to you all or should that be Bonsoir. We are currently looking for a stone property to buy in an area roughly from Laval heading east on N12, round on the D338 and back down on the 357 - or thereabouts. We have a budget of 165,000 euros all in and have sold our house and are living in rented in the UK. Preferably 2-3 bedrooms, large kitchen/dining room with log burner, large lounge with log burner, downstairs loo, bathroom and at least one outbuilding for car, tools, etc. Acre of land would be good. Not isolated and preferably no renovation, although decorating not a problem. If poss when replying, could you please send photos. Look forward to replies. We have a 3 bed house for sale in Le Pas with a Large lounge and very large kitchen. We have a very large garden with lots of fruit trees in, a large barn and a garage/ Store area. The village itself is very friendly we lived here for 3 years and are extremley sorry to be selling. We have a barn on our property that will make a good size house of around 250sqm of floor space and set in around half and acre of land.
We want 50,000€ it already has planning permition to convert it to a dwelling |
