hi all, do you have to go to the Prefecture, to change the address on your driving licence, or, can you do it at the post, or by post, any know please

I recently changed mine and I had to get the form from the prefecture and then take it to my local Marie. Little tip - make sure you have a form that is stamped by the Marie saying they have taken your license to be updated.

As far as I'm aware the Maries are no longer allowed to do the paperwork, and you do have to go to the prefecture ,but I could be wrong , just ask and they will tell you

As I know you have to do it officially at the prefecture or you could also do it by correspondence but it depends on your area and lastly you can opt to do it online if you have a the new plate (ZZ-123-ZZ).
